I really didn't know I was doing wrong.
It was a huge mistake to change the date of old content on the site.
But I saw an article in the google forum there was exactly the following;
Do not write repeated content, update the existing one, I did this on this statement and my site fell behind .. I will not do it like this again, please keep it as before
